Eating The Right Foods

Eating right can also help to improve your bench press as well. By eating high protein foods you can see faster results. Eating right also gives you other benefits such as energy and faster recovery time.

And of course the right foods can also help you get bigger as well. What used to do the trick for me was banana milk shakes. I couldn't afford protein shakes at the time so I did things the old fashion way. Milk, Ice and Sugar.

That was my supplement, and I would drink some before, during and after the workout. One other thing I noticed, was that if I ate a big meal that was high in protein, before I worked out, I tended to have better results than when I did the opposite.
