Maxing Out

Another thing that I did was max out. When you are working out maxing out is one of the most important things you absolutely have to do in order to Improve your bench press.

When you lift the same amount of weight or even if you increase your weight gradually you are not going to reach your full potential if you do not max out. This shocks your muscles and helps to break out of the lifting plateau that you'll reach if you're not doing this already.

If you are not maxing out at all this could be a big problem if your trying to reach the maximum amount of weight you could lift. Not only does it shock your muscles, but more importantly it strengthens you muscles and prepares them to reach the next level. You should always have a spotter when maxing out.
