Isolation Workouts To Increase Weight

Working out individual muscles or isolation workouts can also help to improve your max. Working out individual muscles can also help to increase you bench press as well. It's not only important to work out muscles individually it's also important to max them out as well.

For example the two major muscles that we are using when bench pressing are triceps and chest. Obviously that would make sense to work out on these muscles individually, however other muscles are often over looked, such as you biceps, traps and back and abs.

All though they are not involved as much as the chest and triceps, you can only improve your overall weight lifting ability by improving the weight you can lift with all of you're surrounding muscles as well. A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Make sure all of your links are as strong as possible.
